Ritchie Paul Barnes

SVP Operations

Ritchie joined Strata in 2017 and has currently served as SVP Operations.

During this time, he has executed several successful initiatives and been a key member of the Management team at Strata. He brings a wealth of practical knowledge and experience to his role and has consistently demonstrated maturity and leadership along with a strong commitment to Strata and its values.

Ritchie holds a Diploma in Project Management from UMIST and a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical and manufacturing Engineering. Prior to joining Strata, he held a variety of Senior Management positions in Operations, Project, and Program management at Rolls-Royce, with significant scope and size to secure major business change for delivery of Strategic business objectives.
